Educational use

EMS SkillLab provides educational planning, practice, scenario, and lab-support tools. It is not medical direction, certification, or a substitute for an approved curriculum, current protocol, device instructions, or local authorization. Instructors and learners are responsible for checking content against the applicable scope of practice, agency or program policy, medical oversight, and current standards before use.

Subscription

One instructor subscription is $19 USD per month and includes access to the skill library, student, lab-instructor, and program-lead workspaces, generated scenarios and station tools, Lab Builder, printing, Word export, and saved-plan features. Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless canceled first, the subscription renews at $19 per month when the trial ends and on each monthly renewal date thereafter. Returning subscribers who are not eligible for another trial are charged when checkout is completed.

You may cancel through the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through any already-paid period. If a trial is canceled before its end, no first subscription charge should occur. Failed or unresolved payments may interrupt tool access. Saved plans and previously exported files are not automatically deleted when paid tool access ends.

Refunds

Payments already processed are non-refundable and there are no prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law. Billing errors or duplicate charges will be reviewed through Support & Feedback.

Account and content use

Keep your account credentials private. Classroom use of materials you generate for your own teaching or learning is permitted. Account sharing, resale, or redistribution of the underlying EMS SkillLab library, application code, or bulk content is not included in the subscription.

Billing and taxes

Stripe processes payment information; EMS SkillLab does not store full card numbers. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Payment-method availability can vary by device, browser, and region.

For account access, billing questions, technical issues, or content corrections, use Support & Feedback. Do not send passwords, complete card details, or patient-identifying information.
